How We Met
Tyler and I met in high school at his baseball game. We were introduced by a mutual friend. We started talking and immediately hit it off. After a year of dating he went off to college and I stayed home. We did 2 years of long-distance before I joined him at college. We have lived together for about 1.5 years and been together for 5.5 years. I can’t wait for forever with my high school sweetheart!
How They Asked
We were home for Thanksgiving break and Tyler decided to go for a drive. He told me we were going to the outlet mall than when I got into the car told me to close my eyes and we were gonna go somewhere. So I closed my eyes and he drove around for a little then pulled into the park. There is a hill in the park surrounded by baseball fields and it is our favorite place to go to watch sunsets in the summertime. So we watched the sunset and then after about 20 minutes he got down on one knee and proposed!
He had both of my sisters and his sister there to take pictures hiding to snap a few pictures. Then after he surprised me with a dinner with all of my family and his family at a restaurant!! I thought they all went home since it was a Sunday night! He put so much thought into the proposal! I am so excited to marry him❤️
