How We Met
We met in the 7th grade (2007). We walked to school together every day. In 10th grade (2010) we started dating. 10 years later my best friend proposed. The rest is history.
How They Asked
With 2020 being so unpredictable I was surprised and excited that we were still able to take a family vacation! It was the first time in a long time we all got to be together. Towards the middle of the week we went out to the beach for a family photo and afterwards D suggested we go for a walk (not out of the ordinary I love to get my steps in!) half way into our walk he asked if I could see the dolphins I said no and when I turned around to ask him what he was seeing he was down on one knee. It was the best surprise in the world.
