how we met
We met through mutual friends! My roommate was actually hanging out with one of Carson’s football teammates and I asked him to set me up with a football player, partly joking, and not realizing he was setting me up with my future husband! We started to get to know each other and hang out and have been inseparable ever since.

Carson proposed outside Wyche Pavillion in Downtown Greenville on New Year’s Eve! We had been semi-wedding planning because we knew we wanted to get married in the summer of 2020. He told me that we were going to tour a rehearsal dinner venue downtown and I can’t believe I believed him! He hired Kendra Martin Photography to document the whole thing and had all of our friends and family come to a party afterwards to celebrate. I definitely had a feeling it was coming but I was shocked and emotional when it actually happened! It was a dream.
