How We Met
We met in high school and both played for our school’s basketball teams. We would hang out after practices and during school. We were great friends for almost six months before he asked me to be his girlfriend. We were each other’s prom dates every year and maintained a strong relationship even after we both went off to separate colleges. It’s been seven years since then and we are still the best of friends and crazy in love!

My Fiance had asked my Father for permission to propose four months in advance and spent the rest of that time planning his proposal. I had planned a getaway for my twentieth birthday to Los Angeles to visit one of my best friends and he surprised me by showing up with two tickets to Disneyland. (He knows I’m the biggest Disney fanatic!) He had an outfit for me and breakfast reservations to my favorite restaurant inside the park. He originally planned on waiting until the evening to propose but couldn’t wait past nine o’clock in the morning! We were posing for a picture and just as I was saying “cheese”, he got down on one knee! After I said yes he pulled out a “just engaged” Disney button with my dream ring hooked on the back of it. We spent the rest of the day enjoying ourselves at the happiest place on earth!
