We met up in New York City during the last day of his business trip. He lives in South Carolina and I in New Jersey, so naturally we take advantage of any time (if only for a stroll in Central Park) that we can see each other. We were walking, and he took my hand in his and began to speak about our bright future and how excited he was to share our lives together.
