How We Met
It’s true that the best friendships make the best relationships! Brendan and I attended college together and have always been great friends. He was the person I would turn to for life, career and even relationship advice. It didn’t take me long to realize the person I wanted to spend the rest of my life with was right beside me the entire time.

On Oct. 7th, 2018 we set sail together on the largest cruise ship in the world – the Symphony of the Seas! This was my first time in Europe and we had a jam-packed week of sightseeing so I really was not expecting a proposal. I even thought, “he wouldn’t risk traveling and flying internationally with a ring.”
The ship had just left Spain and we were on our way to France when sure enough… as we were watching the sunset, we walk towards a daybed that had rose petals everywhere, our favorite songs playing on a speaker, champagne and a plate of chocolate covered strawberries that said: “marry me!”
Everything about the proposal was so thoughtful and magical. The best part was after the engagement I got to continue to celebrate with my best friend and fiance while adventuring France and Italy together!
